  • The Louvre Museum closes its doors at 6 pm (except on Fridays).
  • Mandatory checkroom for bulky bags and backpacks, baby strollers and umbrellas.
  • There is no elevator on the tour route.
  • Access, without queuing, is subject to the Louvre museum’s regulatory restrictions: Vigipirate plan, security control or an unforeseen influx may exceptionally cause waiting times.
  • The Leonardo da Vinci exhibition is not included in our tours.
  • For the smooth running of the tour and out of respect for all participants, please be at the meeting point 20 minutes before the start of the tour.
  • On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive an answer informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than 72 hours, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
  • Once the reservation request has been made, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
